re: Raiding Changes

Well, to say the poll regarding a raid schedule change to eliminate "official" guild Naxx nights was overwhelming is an understatement. As such, starting next week we will be moving to a new arrangement for our raids.
Tuesday night will be Ulduar. We will continue to mow down the bosses we have already killed and progress on to new ones.
Thursday night will be Ulduar/ToC mixed. We will try and push 1 more new boss in Ulduar, 2 if we are successful, then get some tries on ToC.
Saturdays will be pickup Naxx runs. I've spoken with the other officers and odds are good that someone will be doing a weekend pickup run for people in the guild who wish to give it a go. As a side note, consider your Naxx 10 raid lockouts free game now. Since its no longer an official guild event, feel free to do whenever you wish (though saving for the likely pug runs one weekends with the guild is of course preferred, its no longer "mandatory".
As a side effect of all this, I expect everyone to be reading not just one boss's worth of new strats. If were 4 bosses in to Ulduar, I'll be expecting people to read up on the next 2-3 fights so we can progress and use our time well. If I find that we have a lot of people who havent read up past the next boss, our raid nights will get very short indeed as I will not be leading wipefests caused by people having zero clue what the hell is going on. Thats not fun for anyone. We have the gear and the numbers to kick butt and start to clear Ulduar very soon, lets make sure we have the knowledge as well.
Also, be aware that if you look and your wow-heroes score is below 2200, you still need to be running heroics for badge gear and h-toc for some of its goodies. ToC raid is a big hitter and we need to be geared to have a chance, end of story. Even if we have enough people online for a given night, if I look and dont feel were geared enough as a group, were not going to ToC. Wipefests suck for all concerned, lets minimize the changes of it by making sure our mains are pimped out in the best possible gear.
