What are you looking for in WoW?:
Relaxation. Stress relief. Where else can you kill things and its legal?
What are you looking for in a guild?:
Easier to explain what I am NOT looking for: Attitudes. Elitists. Obnoxious kids. I am not looking for hardcore raiding. Been there, done that. I would like semi-serious players who are willing to run heroics and run 10 man on occasion.
What guilds have you been in? Describe your experiences in them and why you left.:
Impure (and previous guilds with the officer core since I started playing) I started raiding with my lock (Kursed) in Kara and progressed with the guild to 6/9 BT. My job changed and raiding got to be more chore than enjoyment. After WotLK, I started playing my original toon more (Tawas) and filled in for some Naxx heroics when they were short heals, but never raided full-time again. My toons are all still in Impure (who merged with Insomnia to form Depravity and then quickly fell apart) only because I find it is easier to get a group when guilded rather than unguilded.
If you have multiple alts 65-80, would you be willing to substitute them in to instance and raid runs instead of your main, if necessary?:

What makes you a player that would enrich PtV?:
I have a lot of raid experience and know what it takes to contribute to guild progression. I am also willing to run dungeons to help others, even when they are of no benifit (the dungeons) to me.
Describe yourself and your playstyle.:
I'm old. Really old. For this game, anyway. Actually bought this game for my teenage son 4 years ago and ended up playing it more than him. I have a dry sense of humor and a little sarcastic, that shows through on my playstyle a bit as I joke a lot...but play serious when needed.
How did you learn about PtV (guild member, in-game chat, WoW forums)?:
Bludthinner and I go back a longgggg way.
